Meet Shaundiva

With over 13 years of experience in mental health and 20+ years of personally navigating anxiety and depression, I bring both clinical expertise and lived empathy to every session. I believe therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical, it can be honest, human, and even a little humorous.

I’m a mom, a Disney enthusiast, a Halloween décor rebel, and currently learning how to train a wildly lovable Pugador puppy. I’m usually direct, but I know how to be gentle when it’s needed.
